Our memory care unit, called Legacy, provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer’s, Dementia and memory loss.
Memory Care Services & Amenities
Double lockdown (exterior and interior)
Our memory care gives the peace of mind that those with memory care elements will be taken care of in a secure location. The exits are accessible by a number code and a key fob which allows families to visit their loved ones at any time.
Separate dining and recreational space
Meals are very important part of everyone’s day. We provide a separate dining area for our residents where they are able to get the hands on assistance that is needed for those with memory care elements. Residents are assisted with meals if they are not able to feed themselves by our loving team.
The dining room also doubles as our memory care lounge and activity room. Residents will be able to have movie and popcorn nights, enjoy crafts, and listen to music among other wonderful activities.
Access to both courtyards
Residents are able to access both courtyards in memory care. They are able to enjoy the beautiful roses, sit out and enjoy the sunshine, listen to the birds, and even help with the raised garden beds.
We have an activity program designed for our with memory car residents. Residents can enjoy word bingo, playing cards, exercising, musical programs to name just a few.
